Yeah it's always like me to be so fussy and indecisive, especially when I had to make such a big big turning-point decision like this. For the past 4 days now, I've been scrutinizing about every possible choices I can choose to take, & I can't make up my mind 'cos I'm able to picture my future taking either paths.

So it comes down to this.

Either JJC or MASS COMMUNICATION IN NP.


(But yeah I'd put AC as a first choice for the slightest hope of getting in.)

PROS & CONS.

JC

Pros
- Can transfer to Poly but not the other way round.
- 2 years.
- Can go NS earlier.
- A level more secured to get into a U.
- Can still experience sec life.

Cons
- Much tougher than whatever had been through.
- Risk of retaking another year.
- Tied down more by school rules and stuff.
- Uniforms.
- A level cert can't do much except entry to U. Providing must be scored well.
- Competitive; pitting against smarts.


POLY

Pros
- Project coursework instead of homework.
- Get into NS later.
- No uniforms.
- Independent.
- A profession.
- Diploma can secure a job more than an A level cert.

Cons
- Rare cases and minima of cohort able to get to U.
- 3 Years.
- Can't transfer to JC.
- No flexibility; only one profession.


Last 24 hours to make my decision & it's close to killing me. I need to be convinced by someone to take one side desperately, cos I will sure get into whichever I put as my second choice. Rarhhhh.
